Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\nMoeller Precision Tools state-of-the-art, world headquarters located in southeast Michigan, specializing in precision tooling components related to the metal forming and stamping industries, is seeking a CNC mill department manager.<\/p>\n
Day Shift, Excellent Benefits, Overtime, State of the Art Air-Conditioned Facility <\/strong><\/p>\nThe Newest Equipment<\/strong><\/p>\nApplicants must possess the skills necessary to set up, run, and inspect non-production jobs on various CNC mills. Applicants must also have the ability to mentor, lead and teach others on how to manufacture non-production jobs. The ideal applicant will have previous experience with Mazak\u2019s, DMG Mori, OKK, G & M code, and able to hold tolerances .001\u201d.<\/p>\n
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Set up, run, and inspect parts<\/li>\n
- Scheduling of jobs to meet customers deliveries<\/li>\n
- Quality within the department<\/li>\n
- Train, teach, mentor new employees<\/li>\n
- Maintain cleanness and organization in the department<\/li>\n
- Ordering supplies for mill department<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Must be able to lead employees while being extremely organized<\/li>\n
- Outstanding math, communication, and computer skills a must<\/li>\n
- Must be able to program and setup using Mazak control, and G & M Code<\/li>\n
- Able to pass drug and background screens<\/li>\n
- Progressive, forward thinking and innovative machining methods<\/li>\n
- CNC mill experience required<\/li>\n
