CNC Mill Manager
Job Description
Moeller Precision Tools state-of-the-art, world headquarters located in southeast Michigan, specializing in precision tooling components related to the metal forming and stamping industries, is seeking a CNC mill department manager.

Applicants must possess the skills necessary to set up, run, and inspect non-production jobs on various CNC mills. Applicants must also have the ability to mentor, lead and teach others on how to manufacture non-production jobs. The ideal applicant will have previous experience with Mazak’s, DMG Mori, OKK, G & M code, and able to hold tolerances .001”.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up, run, and inspect parts
- Scheduling of jobs to meet customers deliveries
- Quality within the department
- Train, teach, mentor new employees
- Maintain cleanness and organization in the department
- Ordering supplies for mill department
Requirements:
- Must be able to lead employees while being extremely organized
- Outstanding math, communication, and computer skills a must
- Must be able to program and setup using Mazak control, and G & M Code
- Able to pass drug and background screens
- Progressive, forward thinking and innovative machining methods
- CNC mill experience required
